Kimberly Swan is the sole owner of The Swan Agency Sotheby's International Realty. She joined the family company in 1981, selling homes through college summers before focusing on Inn/B&B sales. Kim purchased the Company from her parents in 1994. The Company affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC. in 2006. Kim was a Bar Harbor Town Councilor for 10 years and continues to be very involved in the community. She has many business interests throughout Maine, focusing on development and lodging as well as her strong interest in art and interior design.
